Actually, beauty does have a very loose definition. Humans have an ultimate attraction to symmetry of the face and body. Don't get me wrong on this concept, however, because society plays a very large role in the definition, as well as personal preferences.

He's using quick mask(Q) to select it, then go into edit > transform > warp(or enter free transform and right click the box) for the lattice.

Great techniques, but its not really a makeover your basically changing her face completely. I would not attempted much with eyes.

I think the skin looked great, the eyes a bit too unrealistic in colouring and such and beware with the nose, it can easily become Michael Jackson'ish when photoshopped-
