the text refers to the relativity of sanity and insanity. definitions of sin, insanity are given by a mediocre mentally incapable whole of the mass. "Lets imitate reality Lets strive for mediocrity Lets make believe were all the same Lets sanitize our little brains" has a very cynical touch i feel. i understand this as a very elaborate try to drive the listeners attention to the fact that sanity isnt really measurable but only a label thoughtlessly given by "the flock". just my thoughts about it
