How many years does it actually take to learn some of those tricks? and don't you have to be fairly strong? Throwing that many balls/clubs up in the air that many times that high up gotta' be pretty hard on the arms.

I've been juggling for 15 years, but you can probably get to this level in much less time if you practised every day. Yes, you have to be quite fit. The clubs in particular require strength for the higher numbers.
