UCLA did win, knocking USC out of the title game. But Cowan was not fine. Dude had a concussion, and didn't play the following week. Adrenaline got him up, and give him props for that; but my man was not fine.

if you look closely, he led with his left shoulder, the fact that his helmet got in there is inadvertent, and the ref made the right call. from the angle we have it looks like he led with his head, but he actually led with his shoulder. thats some good fucking hardcore football
