The Video shows screen-shots of this by now famous TV-debate on Al-Jazeera TV which was subsequently viewed over a million times on Memri. Syrian born psychiatrist, Dr. Wafa Sultan, who recently rebuked the Arab world on Al Jezeera, talks of the enormous challenge to reform Islam and to free Muslims from its oppressive doctrines worldwide.

please readbooks and increase your knowledge about islam before making comments. we dont live by the sword. every verse from the quran is backed up by traditions. every verse has a reason why it was sent from god. i will only fight for my religion if some one comes to my land and prevents me from practicing it. but if i live in some one elses land i should live peacefully with them and respect there religion. dont judge the religion based on some people who blow up themselves/preach hatred

Criticizing Islam becomes an attractive industry for some lazy Muslims. If you want to be famous overnight and invited to TV shows and seminars, say I am ex Muslim and write a lousy book against Islam. The book will be a best selling book. Not bad idea!

I am a Muslim guy and I lived in a couple of Muslim countries and now I am living in the West. I choose the west because I have more freedom here than any other Muslim Country. Like you, I am not happy with most Muslims. However, we should make a distinction between Islam as a religion and Bad Muslims. In Tunisia a woman can go half naked in the street but cannot wear Hijab. Overthere. wearing Hijab is not a right but going naked is!!!!

yes the quran does.the prophet leaved peacefully with jews in madina when he had to leave mecca. islam was the majority in madina but the jews were allowed to practice their religion peacefully.

i agree with you totally. its the same in turkey a woman cannot wear a hijab but she can walk around half naked. it is rediculous. its nothin to do with hijab they just hate muslims and are trying to make us weak.hijab makes a woman respectfull.

2) Islam was not the majority in the region, certain sects of Judaism and Christianity were.
3) What were the circumstances under which Jews and Christians were "allowed" to practice their religion?
The basis of Islam is definitely not tolerance or peace but submission and jihad.

What muslim ever chose 2 believe in islam. Choice is a conscious decision to look at the evidence presented 2 u & then draw ur own conclusions. Indoctrination is teaching someone to accept doctrines uncritically that is how muslims learn about islam. Muslims should read & hear other peoples opinions without bias on islam & why they r held.
