It's My Favorite Home Page by PaperRad. Do all the collectives and bands in this DVD a favor and actually buy the damn thing. Not only will you benefit from better quality, but the DVD comes with a CD inside of all the music, so you can enjoy it anywhere. It's seriously a good DVD. If you wait at the start menu there's some footage of other bands that I'd never even seen until I watched.
