anyway... this song is amazing-- esp. upon repeated listenings. i dare say it's as moving as 'be my wife'. i love how bowie uses his cut-up method to analyze himself as a musician ( and a person:) it's just great. ( oh, i'm comparing this song to another bowie song b/c you can only compare bowie to bowie.)

Though I've been a fan of Bowie since 1973 his last two albums ( Heathen and Reality ) are perhaps his best work - this is the real genius of the man. Also, check out -Naked Eyes - from the Hours album - anyone who's left a relationship while still in love, will appreciate this song.
