| Great recipe but you spent far too long showing us how you cut the peppers, rinsed them etc. Just a suggestion...try semi freezing the pound of bacon first then you can clean cut it and it wont be mushy and sloppy for wrapping the peppers. |

| he forgot to mention if you like jalapeno's but there to hot you can soak them in water over night and it will pull the heat out of the peper's there still really good but not hot and you can cut all the bacon at once and if you forget to wear glove's use fresh lemon juice and it will pull the burn from your hand's in under 5 minuet's |
