what they don't know is that sweets won't douse the heat of peppers, pepper seeds contain a special kind of substance that makes the tongue (or any tissue in the mouth) to expand and contract (thus the "hot" taste). That's why if you try to move your tongue quickly after having eaten a habanero the sensation gets "hotter". Keeping still is how it is ^_^ (your tongue, i.e.)

i ate a red chilli before when it was really ripe and crunchy, which is apparently the worst! i dont know the spiciest chilli's or whatever but i know the red chilli was sooooo bad! it wasnt just the burn it was the taste! so disgusting! i was ill for about half hour drinking milk, and when i tried to hold the milk in my mouth to cool my tongue i ended up gagging and spitting the milk out in the toilet. i was finding it so difficult to keep the milk down! i'll never do it again! ahaa!

Just have to tell you that my wife and I watched this video and we laughed so hard (sorry). This was a great video and you three are CRAZY!!!!
