| I think it's funny, all the people commenting here saying this isn't music and that those who like it know nothing about sound. Wolf Eyes, and noise music in general, is not really about beat and harmony and chordal theory, it's about texture. It's also just the kind of music that, if you don't get it, that's great. Don't listen to it. |

| It's absolutely adorable the mass of pedantic Youtube comments I've found pertaining to the musicality of groups such as Wolf Eyes. Music was first created with an idea of self-expression, and these guys are clearly expressing themselves. There's nothing expressive about your cute piano music, your 4/4 time signatures, and your religious adherence to scales. These guys are raw, unfiltered, and interesting. |
